From the earliest days, Robyn has believed in the power of good food to bring people together — to nourish the body, brighten a day, and create shared memories around the table. That belief led her to open Saltwater Deli in Kihei, a beloved breakfast and lunch destination known for handcrafted favorites and warm aloha. Over the years, locals and visitors alike came to recognize her commitment to quality, community, and true hospitality.
When structural deficiencies forced the deli to close its doors sooner than expected, Robyn’s instincts told her it wasn’t an end — it was a pivot. Given a six-week timeline to close during the renovations, she instead said “yes” to one catering opportunity after another. Today, Saltwater Kitchen and Catering operates out of a spacious commercial kitchen, serving reliable daily meal service and unforgettable special events throughout the island. What started as a cozy deli now supports a full team dedicated to exceptional food and exemplary service.
